Try these helpful tips:

  1. Exercise regularly. Even taking a quick stroll can help to clear your head from life stressors.

  2. Try to keep a positive attitude/outlook on life. You can handle almost any curveball life throws you.

  3. Try to be thankful for whatever situation you’re in. Being thankful helps us to stay positive by reminding us that our situation could be worse.

  4. Make time for your hobbies and interests (schedule them). Life can become overwhelming, so having that outlet is essential to living a happy, healthy life.

  5. Use positive self-talk regularly. Try reminding yourself of a time when you made it through something difficult. By reminding yourself of this, it encourages you to make it through other difficulties that arise and helps to transform the way you view yourself.
