Areas of Focus

Kristin is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with her clients collaboratively, tailoring her approach to each individual’s unique communication style, needs, preferences, and strengths.

With an attunement toward self-compassion, she helps her clients to gently and gradually challenge beliefs and behaviors which no longer serve them and to move toward more effective coping and communication skills.

Kristin’s therapeutic style is warm, direct, and intuitive while utilizing principles and techniques from a variety of modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy. Kristin feels passionate about empowering her clients to find and utilize the strength they already have inside of themselves to heal and thrive.
