Kelly Grover
LPC
Areas of Focus
Kelly’s work is client-centered and client-driven.
I have been a practicing therapist for seven years and during that time have provided care to individuals with a variety of needs, varied backgrounds and experiences, and across the lifespan. I prioritize the therapeutic alliance in my work with clients as I believe this is a necessary foundation to create a space for cultivating change.
My aim is to act as a guide to my clients in their change process by providing evidence-based interventions to help them achieve their personal goals. In my work I draw heavily from Acceptance and Commitment, Dialectical and Cognitive Behavioral approaches. This includes exposure and response prevention for anxiety and OCD.
In my personal time I enjoy traveling and seeking out new experiences, spending time with my dog and yoga.
