Cheyenne has been working with individuals for 10+ years in a variety of roles. She has been providing mental health counseling since 2021.


Cheyenne specializes in working with adolescents and adults throughout all stages of their development struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, domestic violence, LGBTQIA+ issues, and engages in culturally specific counseling with Indigenous individuals. She utilizes a person-centered approach, where she focuses on the person’s strengths to develop a plan geared towards what the individual would like their future to be. She will establish a relationship with the individuals she works to promote self-empowerment and self-worth. As well as help them discover their individual strengths. Cheyenne is open-minded, understanding, and is willing to work with individuals to enhance their personal well-being.


In her free time Cheyenne enjoys playing Roller Derby, spending time with her 2 cats and dog, and exploring all of Oregon with her partner.
