Mariah works with clients in building a clinical partnership founded on safety, choice, trustworthiness, collaboration and empowerment.
Through the clinical partnership, Mariah will support you in identifying your personal hopes and goals for wellness. Together, Mariah will help you explore the barriers that are impeding your fruition. During your time, you can process, strategize and learn how to cope with, or overcome these barriers at a personalized pace. Mariah and you will figure it out together, where you are the leader and she is a guide.
Mariah has experience in supporting clients in navigating the impact of trauma, Eating Disorders, times of uncertainty like Covid-19, mood disorders like Anxiety and Depression, and symptoms of Psychosis.
She has worked in both the community and hospital settings where she has treated clients and families across the life-span including children, adolescents and adults. Her approach is informed by the unique needs of the client, CBT, CPT, DBT, Intergenerational Trauma and Attachment Theory.
In her free time Mariah enjoys spending time with family and friends, her 2 y/o labradoodle, and indoor rock climbing!
