Katie is a United States Air Force Veteran with a diverse background in mental health who specializes in the neuropsychology of trauma and PTSD.

Katie has a diverse background of experience that expands over 15 years in the field of social work.

Katie has worked with all age groups and diverse populations. She has experience in developing a strong therapeutic relationship with each of her clients and believes that meeting each person exactly where they are as important to the therapeutic relationship.

Katie exudes empathy and compassion and believes that each client is the best expert in the room on themselves and the life they would like to live. She uses an eclectic approach to therapy, based on each client’s needs and preferences. Katie has experience with CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and person-centered therapy.

Katie enjoys spending her time with her husband, whom she loves having spontaneous adventures with, spending time with family and friends, cooking, and quilting.
