Kate Khoukaz

Areas of Focus

Kate is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with 6 years of clinical experience across several domains including neuropsychology, health psychology and rehabilitation psychology.

Kate uses theoretical orientation to draw upon elements of CBT, ACT and Existential therapy modalities.

She takes a collaborative approach. She offers a safe and judgement free environment. The experience in working with her may feel gently challenging, but it is intended to meet each person where they are at in their unique circumstance.

Her passion for being a psychologist is the great reward of being invited to join others on their journey. She wants to assist them in navigating the complexities of living. She was drawn to the field due to my passion for working with life transition issues and adjustments, particularly within the LGBTQ+ community.

When she is not working she loves to find great PNW hikes, photography, and to read for leisure.
