Jaclyn is a graduate student in the counseling psychology PhD program at the University of Oregon. Jaclyn finds great satisfaction in helping her clients pursue personal growth and develop compassion for their deepest authentic selves.
She has a warm and collaborative approach to therapy that combines interpersonal process, humanistic therapy, parts work therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Jaclyn enjoys working with individuals with a variety of presenting concerns and has particular interests in working with depression, anxiety, trauma recovery, relationship concerns, and family of origin concerns.
In Jaclyn’s free time, she enjoys trying out new restaurants, listening to psychology podcasts, and being in nature with her dog, Copper.
