Dani’s primary focus in therapy is value-based work.
Dani has three years of experience in high levels of care with all types of eating disorders and the mental health that often accompany them including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trans issues. Her primary focus in therapy is value-based work and she uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to guide most of these conversations. She often uses Solution Focused techniques. Dani also believes taking the family system into account is important to understanding how we interact with the world.
In her free time, Dani enjoys being outdoors, whether that’s running, hiking, kayaking, skiing, or just being. She also enjoys creating art. Also, dance parties in her living room are a regular occurrence.
