Amy has been a therapist for 4 years. She approaches counseling with a straightforward, transparent approach that has been beneficial in building therapeutic relationships with her clients.
She believes that to assist clients in facilitating change, a non-judgemental and open-minded approach is necessary to allow clients to share their struggles and internal thoughts and feelings.
She welcomes feedback from clients so that she can better support them in achieving their goals. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to new places and has a personal goal to travel outside of the United States every couple of years to learn about other cultures. She also enjoys hiking and playing board games with her family.
