Areas of Focus

Amanda is a licensed professional counselor and certified alcohol and drug counselor with 5 years of experience providing mental health and substance use therapy.

Amanda provides therapy from a humanistic, strengths-based approach with elements of existentialism, cognitive behavior therapy, and solution-focused therapy to assist clients in building the foundation of skills needed to fulfill their goals.

Amanda is passionate about providing exceptional care for clients who are experiencing difficulties with a wide range of mental health disorders as well as co-occurring substance use disorders.

She implements trauma-informed elements into all of my work and strongly believes in the value of continuing education. She believes therapy is meant to empower clients with the skills and knowledge necessary to reach their maximum potential and live their best life.

In her free time, she enjoys running, spending time with my family, and enjoying all the outdoor activities the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
